The invention relates to a moving bed reactor for the catalytic processing of hydrocarbons and can be used for the catalytic desulfurization and demetalization of naphtha residues.

1. MOVING CATALYST REACTOR FOR CARBON HYDROCARBON PROCESSING, containing a vertical cylindrical body with upper and lower spherical fasteners, horizontal perforated plates placed one above the other inside the body and forming a contact chamber, a catalyst inlet fitting mounted along the axis in the upper cover case and included in the upper part of the contacting chamber, a fitting for introducing a liquid reagent, mounted on the top cover, reverse truncated cones located in the contacting chamber and supported by large bases on the inner surface of the housing, vertical cylinders coaxially mounted inside the housing and made with perforated sections, connected by upper ends to small bases of truncated cones and forming vertical transfer channels for the catalyst, - a fitting for the output of the catalyst installed in the bottom cover on axis of the housing and connected to the lower transfer channel. scrap, a nozzle for withdrawing liquid reagent, mounted in the bottom cover, and valves located in the nozzles for input and output of the catalyst, characterized in that, in order to improve the process of separating the liquid reagent from the catalyst, it is equipped with vertical partitions installed inside the vertical cylinders, moreover, parts of these partitions are made perforated.
